Ryeland Wool
Ryeland Wool
Pre-order Available
Ryeland is one of England's oldest shortwool breeds, producing a fine, soft fibre with a natural crimp and gentle handle. The medium-fine wool is notably softer than many British breeds, making it well suited to garments worn close to the skin. Its good stitch definition and springy character make it a pleasure to work with for lightweight, refined knitting projects.
Best used for: Lightweight knitwear, scarves, shawls, baby garments, next-to-skin accessories, fine socks
